Retford \u2013 21st February, 2023<\/i><\/p>\n

DC Druck Chemie’s parent company, Langley Holdings plc, the diverse engineering and industrial group, today released its IFRS Annual Report & Accounts for 2022.<\/strong><\/p>\n

In the year to 31 December, the group recorded revenues of \u20ac1.2 billion and a profit before tax (PBT) of\u00a0\u20ac75.8 million.<\/p>\n

In his Chairman\u2019s Review, Mr Tony Langley said that the overall 2022 result was \u201csatisfactory”.<\/p>\n

Bergen Engines, the Norwegian engine producer acquired from Rolls-Royce in December 2021, had \u201ca successful first year\u2019s trading under Langley stewardship.\u201d<\/p>\n

Revenues grew by some 40% on the previous year and the group came into 2023 with an order backlog of \u20ac900 million.<\/p>\n

“2023 looks set to be a year where profits begin to catch up with the step-change in revenue seen in 2022.” Langley said.<\/p>\n
